Appointment Policy

At Grass Valley Veterinary Hospital, we value your time. in an effort to give you the best possible care, we have an all-appointment format. We set aside a dedicated time to focus on your pet’s needs, rather than having you wait for your turn after you walk in. Please call us at 530 273-7272 to schedule your appointment, or use our online form. We will continue to accept emergency cases as a top priority, and will inform you if an appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Restraint and Vaccine Policy

Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. This is one of the reasons we ask you to restrain your pet. We require that animals be placed on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express cash and personal checks. We also accept Care Credit, which is a low- or no-interest line of credit for medical treatments. Care Credit can be applied for online or over the phone here in our office.

Privacy Policy

This is our own private website. We do not collect or give out any information to any third party vendors or Internet businesses. No information will ever be disclosed to outside parties from us. It’s that simple! And we strictly adhere to this policy.
